Decal Junky accepts most major credit cards, Amazon Pay and PayPal options through our online catalog and by phone. If you would like to place your order by regular mail please follow the mail order instructions outlined below. We also offer financing options on orders that total $99 or more with approved credit through PayPal.
To order by regular mail please browse our online decals catalog and add your selections to the cart. Then print the order and enclose a check or money order for the amount of the decals plus shipping and applicable sales tax if any and mail to the address below.
Note: Mississippi residents add 7% sales tax to the total of the order.

We want you to be happy with your decal purchase and will work with you anyway that we can to make sure you get the decals that you want. If for some reason you decide that the decal that you ordered is not what you want, we offer a refund for the amount of the decals minus the amount for shipping. The shipping amount is non-refundable. Please return the decal to us in the original condition and a refund will be issued. Decals should be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Decal Junky does not accept returns on bulk orders. We recommend that you order one decal before placing an order for a large quantity to make sure the decals meet your requirements.

If your decal contains an error and you need a replacement, we ask that you send a photograph of the decal to Sales@decaljunky.com for review. The photograph will help to expedite the process of getting the error fixed without delay. If the error is made on our end we will replace the decal free of charge. If the error was made on your end when the order was placed ex. misspelled words, wrong size or color etc. we will work with you to get it corrected. Decal Junky is not responsible for replacing decals that contain errors that were not made by Decal Junky. We will work with you to get the error corrected but we do not replace decals that contain errors free of charge.
If you need to cancel an order that has been placed please try to do so before the close of business on the day the order was placed. If you cancel the order after the close of business on that day Decal Junky is forced to charge a cancellation fee of 10% to cover the processing fees associated with the order. Orders that are canceled before the close of business on the day the order is placed are not charged any cancellation fees.
Orders Not Received:
Please allow a minimum of ten business days after the shipping date for delivery of First Class Mail. If the order has not been received after the tenth business days we will open a missing package claim with the United States Postal Service in an effort to locate the package. Use the contact us form below to report a missing order. If the shipping address on the order is incorrect the customer is responsible for paying the amount for shipping for the replacement decal. If the shipping address is correct and the order is lost in the mail there will be no return shipping charge. First Class Mail - Allow ten business days from the time the order is shipped. No Tracking on First Class Mail Delivery. First Class mail orders mail out on Tuesday and Friday of every week.
USPS Priority Shipping - 2-3 Days after shipping to most areas, includes tracking. Mails out the same day or the next day.
USPS Express Shipping - The next day to most areas, includes tracking. Mails out the same day or the next day.
