We want you to be happy with your decal purchase and will work with you any way that we can to make that happen. If for some reason you are not happy with your decal order please return the decal to us for exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. A refund will be issued for the decal minus the amount for shipping and 10% processing fee to cover the cost of processing the order. Refunds are issued to the credit card that was used when the order was placed.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipping. We recommend that you mail the order back to us using the United States Postal Service with tracking.
Decals that contain an error:
If the decals contain an error and it was the fault of Decal Junky the decals will be replaced at no charge to the customer. We will remake the decal with the corrections and get them in the mail as soon as possible. We keep our cut files in the system for two weeks and during this time we can access the file and make the necessary changes or corrections and get the replacement in the mail without delay.
The decal that contains the error does not have to be returned to us. We can accept a photograph by email to assess the error and make the necessary corrections. This will help keep costs down and expedite getting it corrected and mailed out as quickly as possible.
If the decal contains an error that was beyond our control such as a mis-spelled word, a wrong date or other information that was typed in when the order was placed, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipping of the replacement. Please proof the information when it is typed in the text option boxes during the order process and again review it on the order receipt that you receive in your email. If you catch an error on your receipt, send us an email and include your order number along with the needed corrections. The notes in your email will be added to your order and the corrections will be made before the order ships.
All items must be returned in the original condition to receive a refund or exchange. To return the decals please include a copy of your shipping invoice along with a note explaining why you are returning the decals.
Bulk Order Decals Return Policy
Decal Junky does not accept returns on bulk orders of 12 or more decals. If we made the mistake the decals will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If the decals contain an error on the customer's part we will work with you to get it corrected.
Damaged In Shipment Decals
If your decal was damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the package along with a photo of the decal so we can open a claim with the United States Postal Service. A replacement decal will be mailed out to you at no charge.
