Decal Junky Shipping Information



All decal orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. During the checkout process, we offer First Class Mail with NO TRACKING, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Express Mail shipping options. International orders are shipped via Priority International and Priority Express through the United States Postal Service.

First Class with no tracking please allow a minimum of ten business days for delivery after the order ships. If after ten business days you have not received your order and it has not been returned to us by USPS, we will place a new order at the same cost and send a replacement. When the original order is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the replacement. If the decal order is returned to us as undeliverable we will notify you by email or by phone in an effort to get the address corrected and resend.

When will my decal order ship?

Decal orders are mailed out on Friday of every week. Cut off time is Wednesday at Noon. Time is adjusted to accommodate all time zones.

First Class Mail shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days, and Express Mail is delivered the next day or second day by 3 p.m. Delivery Confirmation Numbers or Tracking Numbers are provided via the email address on your order. Please allow a minimum of ten business days to process all custom decal orders. We do not maintain any stock decals. Each decal order that we receive is custom cut when we receive the order.

Orders received after noon on Wednesday are scheduled to mail out the next Friday.  If you need the decals sooner than the normal shipping schedule please let us know when you place the order. There is a box for Order Notes on the shopping cart summary page (click on the In My Cart link in the top right corner) where you can enter your request or any other special instructions for your order. We are happy to work with you to get the decals out at an earlier date. We also suggest that you send us an email to notify us that you have placed an order that you need to be mailed out sooner so we can be aware of the order and give it our attention.

How much is shipping? Shipping amount is based on the order total and is configured during the checkout process for each individual order. All decal orders are shipped United States Postal Service and are delivered with your regular mail. If your mail receptacle is not large enough to hold the package, your postal carrier will normally leave a notice in the mailbox that delivery was attempted and your package is available for pickup at your local post office. They may also leave the package in a predetermined area (such as your patio door or inside a screen door) that has been previously discussed with your postal carrier.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via International Priority or International Express Mail. This shipping method by the United States Postal Service typically takes 6-10 business days for delivery and offers online tracking. If the shipping cost for your order exceeds the amount charged, we will notify you by email for approval before the order is processed.

How Do I pay for my order?

Our company accepts most major credit cards through our online catalog and by phone. We also accept orders by regular mail with a check or money order. Simply follow the mail order instructions below. We offer the option to check out using Paypal and financing options on orders that total $99 or more with approved credit through PayPal.

Can I mail my order?

To order by regular mail, browse our online catalog and add your selections to the cart. Then print the order and enclose a check or money order for the amount of the decals + shipping and mail to the address below.
