We want you to be happy with your decal purchase and will work with you any way that we can to make that happen. If for some reason you are not happy with your decal order please return the decal to us for exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. A refund will be issued for the decal minus the shipping amount and 10% to cover the cost of processing the order. Refunds are issued to the credit card used when the order was placed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipping. We recommend that you mail the order back to us using USPS Postal Service with tracking.

Decals that contain an error on our part will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If the decal contains an error that was beyond our control such as a misspelled word, date or other information on the order it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping and cover the cost of shipping the replacement decal.

All items must be returned in the original condition to receive a refund or exchange. To return the decals please include a copy of the shipping invoice along with a note explaining why you are returning the decals.

Bulk Order Decals Return Policy:

Decal Junky does not accept returns on bulk orders of 12 or more decals unless there is a mistake on our part. If we made the mistake the decals will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If the decals contain an error on the customer’s part we will work with you to get the error corrected.
