Decal Junky Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your decal purchase. Decals can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. A refund for the decal minus 25% of the order total. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Your refund will be applied to the credit card that was used when the order was placed.

It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of the return shipping.

If the decal contained an error, please check your order to make sure that the information provided when the order was placed is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement decal to you at no charge.

All items must be returned in original condition to receive a refund or exchange. To return the decal please include a copy of the shipping invoice along with a note of why you are returning the decal.

Bulk Order Return Policy

Decal Junky does not offer returns on bulk orders of 12 or more custom decals of the same design. Please make sure that you order the size and color that you want. If you are unsure about the size or color we recommend that you place an initial order for one single decal before you order the decals in large quantity.

If the decals contain an error that was made on the order when the order was placed we cannot be responsible, so please proof the information and verify all spelling before you place the order.

 If Decal Junky makes an error in the manufacturing process we will gladly remake the decals and ship them to you at no charge.

We recommend that you return the decal by USPS Postal Priority Mail with tracking. Envelopes and boxes are provided for free at your local post office and the mail label can be printed on the post office website. http://www.usps.com
