Customer Service Policies Listed Below:
Decal Junky accepts most major credit cards and PayPal options through our online catalog. Credit card orders are accepted by phone and regular mail order. If you would like to place your order by regular mail please follow the mail order instructions outlined below. We also offer financing options on orders that total $99 or more with approved credit.
To order by regular mail please browse our online decals catalog and add your selections to the cart. Then print the order and enclose a check or money order for the amount of the decals plus shipping and applicable sales tax if any and mail to the address below.
Note: Mississippi residents should add 7% sales tax to the total of the order.

Check Order Status:
To check the status of your order please reply to your order confirmation that you receive in your email. The order confirmation contains all of the order information that we need to help you with any questions that you may have. If you don’t have the emailed order confirmation please include your order number in the subject line of the email so we can look it up.
A shipping confirmation is sent to the email address on the order. The shipping confirmation contains the actual shipping date and tracking numbers when applicable.
We mail shipping confirmations out on Thursday of every week. If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation by Friday please check your spam folder.

Suggest Order Changes:
To suggest changes to an existing order all email inquires must include the order number in the subject line of the email. When the change request has been reviewed you will receive a reply stating that the changes have been received and noted on your order. We are unable to make changes to an order that has been placed, we add the changes in the order notes and make those changes when the order is processed. If there is an additional charge for any changes a receipt will be provided.
We want you to be happy with your decal purchase and will work with you any way that we can to make sure you get the decals that you want. If for some reason you decide that the decal that you ordered is not what you want we offer a refund for the amount of the decals minus the shipping amount. Shipping amounts are non-refundable. Please return the decal to us in the original condition and a refund will be issued. Decals should be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. Decal Junky does not accept returns on bulk orders.
If your decal contains an error and you need a replacement, we ask that you email a photograph of the decal to us for review. If the error is made on our end we will replace the decal free of charge. If the error was made on your end when the order was placed ex. misspelled words, wrong size or color etc. we will work with you to get it corrected. Decal Junky is not responsible for replacing decals that contain errors that were not made by Decal Junky. We will work with you to get the error corrected but we do not replace decals that contain errors free of charge. Please email a photograph of the decal that contains the error to Sales@DecalJunky.com
If you need to cancel an order that has been placed please try to do so before the close of business on the day the order was placed. If you cancel the order after the close of business on that day Decal Junky is forced to charge a cancellation fee to cover the fees that we are charged for processing the order. We charge a 10% cancellation fee on orders canceled after the close of business on the day the order was placed. Orders that are canceled before the close of business on that day are not charged any cancellation fee.
Orders Not Received:
Decal orders mail out on Friday of every week. Cut off time is Wednesday at noon. Orders received after noon on Wednesday are scheduled to mail out the next Friday. If you place an order and it is not received within ten days from the day the order was shipped Decal Junky will at our discretion rend the order using the same shipping method that was used when the order was placed. We will require verification of the shipping address before the replacement is shipped. When the original order is received it will need to be returned to us to avoid being charged for both orders.
If the shipping address on the order is incorrect the customer is responsible for paying the amount for shipping on the replacement decal. If the shipping address is correct and the order is lost in the mail there will be no return shipping charge. A case will be opened with the United States Postal Service in an effort to locate the lost package.

Custom Decals Ordering Information:
Custom decals pricing is not provided by phone. A copy of the usable artwork or design must be provided by email or regular mail. Please include a copy of the artwork, the size and quantity needed and any design preferences with your request. When we receive the information a sample will be provided by email along with pricing and order information. Please email all custom decals questions to Sales@DecalJunky.com
Vector Art (line art) is the preferred format for making the decals. If you don’t have the vector art we may be able to trace a high resolution (300 dpi) jpg or png. Solid black on white background yield the best tracing result.
The quality of the trace is only as good as the artwork provided.
Please convert all text and fonts to art or outline form before sending. If the font used in the artwork is not installed on our local systems our computer will automatically substitute or replace the font with an installed font. The substituted font will most likely not look anything like the font that was originally used so it important to convert all text to outline or art form before sending.
If you don’t have the recommended vector art there is a great online vector tracing tool. They also have some great tutorials if you are unfamiliar with the process.

Decal Junky does not charge any art fees. The preferred format for the making the decals is a vector (line art) If you don’t have the vector art we may be able to trace a high-resolution jpg or png at minimum 300 dpi. If you are unsure about what you have please attach it to an email and we will do our best to work with it or make suggestions.
The links below provide free trial software downloads. These software products are for the seasoned graphics person. We are familiar with all three of these and all three are great products. We use and recommend the Adobe Illustrator. If you use the Corel Draw program please save the artwork as a vector eps.

Minimum Order Requirement:
Decal Junky does not have a minimum order requirement. Our company accepts custom decal orders for one single decal or decals in large quantity. We offer a discount for quantity of 12 or more. Pricing is dependent on the type of artwork provided, the design, size, and quantity ordered. All custom decal orders are quoted on an individual basis.
